It’s a FlamingoFest 2025 celebration! Utopia District & My Pet Flamingo are thrilled to bring you.. Vaporwave Market Party 2025! Come join us at Eris (Brooklyn) on Sunday starting at 11am for a wonderful daytime vaporwave event!
A day filled with all things vapor! It’s a daytime fair and open marketplace with two stages of live music, vendors and labels selling vapor merch, areas for clothing and garment trading, merch trading, live visual art, photobooth, outfit contest & fashion walk-off, and lots more!
This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow vaporwave enthusiasts, shop unique finds, and immerse yourself in the aesthetic of the future-past. Don’t miss out on the chance to experience the ultimate vaporwave extravaganza next month at the FlamingoFest 2025 Vaporwave Market Party!

My favorite aspect with this entire medium, whether you call it circuit bending, video bending or glitch art, is that there are no rules, limits or guidelines to follow. It’s limited only by your own imagination, in the sense that you can create something amazing with literal spare parts and any signal. Old media, camera feedback or professionally made custom circuit boards can all hold something beautiful hidden inside. All you need is some patience and the desire to reach out and capture something truly unique in the static.

To me, video art is a lens that translates musical performance into the visual medium, that best amplifies the overall experience. We each perform using our personal gear and our own styles of art, but our purpose within the context of a show is to maximize the impact of the event, and make it even more memorable.
